Performance funds/ETFs

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the NASDAQ-100 ESG Index (the Reference Index) less fees, expenses and transaction costs. In order to achieve the investment objective, the Fund will as far as possible and practicable, hold all the shares in the Index in their respective weightings. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of the companies that meet specific ESG criteria in the NASDAQ-100 Index (the Parent Index).
