The Fund is a passively managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF), which aims to track the Total Return performance of the Morningstar MLP Composite Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index is a leading index which provides a representation of energy master limited partnerships trading in the United States. The Fund does this through the use of unfunded swaps. The Index seeks to track U.S. publicly traded energy master limited partnerships (MLPs).
