The investment objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to a basket of logistics service providers and technology companies who are engaged in ecommerce. In order to achieve this investment objective, the Fund will seek to track the performance of the Solactive eCommerce Logistics Index Net Total Return subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Fund will primarily invest directly in the securities represented in the Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index.
