The fund is passively managed. The aim is to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EM Low Carbon SRI Leaders Index (index). The index is based on the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (Parent Index), which is designed to reflect the performance of certain shares in large and medium-sized listed companies in global emerging markets. In order to be eligible for inclusion in the index, companies must be eligible for inclusion in the Parent Index and must display high environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and low current and potential carbon exposure, relative to their sector peers.
