The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to provide investors with a total return, taking into account both capital and income returns, which reflects the return of the MSCI USA Minimum Volatility ESG Reduced Carbon Target Index. The Index measures the performance of a sub-set of US equity securities within the MSCI USA Index (the Parent Index) with a minimum volatility profile, subject to certain risk diversification and carbon reduction exposure constraints, and which comply with the index providers weighted-average industry-adjusted ESG score improvement criteria, when compared to the Parent Index.
