The fund is passively managed and will take proportionate exposure on the components of the MSCI USA SRI Low Carbon Select 5% Issuer Capped Index either through direct investments in all or substantially all of the component securities and/or through the use of derivatives. The index is designed to measure the performance of best-in-class Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") companies while avoiding companies with negative social or environmental impact.
