The Fund's objective is to increase the value of its assets over the medium term by investing in equities of European companies with a sound financial structure and/or potential for earnings growth. Although most of the Fund's equity securities may be constituents of the MSCI Europe (NR) index (the "Benchmark Index"), the Investment Manager uses its broad discretionary powers in relation to the Benchmark Index to invest in companies and sectors not included in the Benchmark Index, and thus benefit from specific investment opportunities.
