Sub-Fund investing in securities listed or traded on a United States stock exchange: The Sub-Fund invests primarily in a portfolio of U.S. and foreign equity securities (common stocks, preferred stock and convertible securities). The Sub-Fund invests at least two thirds of its net assets, not including liquid assets, in equities or equity related securities of companies of any size which demonstrate promising growth potential and whose securities are listed or traded on a U.S. stock exchange.
