The Fund aims to provide an income in excess of the income generated by the MSCI AC Asia Pacific ex Japan High Dividend Yield Index with the potential for capital growth over the long term. The Fund invests at least two-thirds of its net assets in equities or equity-related instruments of companies in the Asia Pacific region (excluding Japan) which in the view of the Investment Manager offer prospects for above average dividends or reflect such prospects.
